**Banking Services Field Executive
- Job Description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Travel extensively across India to support, supervise, and implement company-related banking operations and processes.
- Coordinate with various banks, financial institutions, and company branches to ensure smooth execution of financial transactions and compliance.
- Visit on-ground locations to resolve banking-related issues, discrepancies, or procedural delays in real time.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key banking partners and service providers.
- Efficiently plan travel schedules while adhering to the company’s travel policy; all travel and related expenses will be covered as per company norms.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless processing of customer requests.
- Maintain accurate and timely reports of field visits and outcomes.
- Must have prior experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services sector, preferably with field or operations exposure.
- Minimum qualification: Graduate (Banking/Commerce background preferred).
- 1-3 years of proven experience in banking fieldwork, customer service, or financial operations.
- Strong knowledge of basic banking functions, KYC norms, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Hindi and English (regional languages are a plus).
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
- Must have a valid Driving License and be comfortable with regular travel.
- Should own a smartphone and be familiar with digital tools and apps.
- Must be able to join immediately.
