Field Sales Representative

We are looking for energetic Field Sales Executives to drive Phlea’s growth by onboarding new companions and partners.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and onboard companions (fitness trainers, therapists, nutritionists, coaches, and conversation companions) to Phlea.
- Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and demos to explain Phlea’s benefits and revenue model.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with companions and ensure they remain active on the platform.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets by driving new sign-ups.
- Gather feedback from companions and suggest improvements to enhance the onboarding experience.
- Work closely with the marketing and operations team to optimize sales strategies.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Key Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field (experience in influencer onboarding, gig economy, or social networking platforms is a plus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to persuade and close deals effectively.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel and conduct field visits.
- Basic understanding of social networking platforms and online services.
