**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Astronomical Observation**:

- Operate and maintain equipment such as telescopes, binoculars, and tracking devices.
- Guide guests in observing celestial objects, including stars, planets, constellations, and other astronomical phenomena.
- **Guest Engagement**:

- Conduct interactive sessions to educate visitors about astronomy and space science.
- Answer guest inquiries and provide detailed explanations to enhance their understanding of the universe.
- **Event Facilitation**:

- Organize and manage stargazing events, public observations, and corporate gatherings.
- Design and execute engaging activities like quizzes, workshops, and storytelling to captivate participants.
- **Equipment Management**:

- Ensure proper handling, setup, and storage of all astronomy-related equipment.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and report any technical issues.
- **Crowd Management**:

- Manage groups of visitors effectively, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.
- **Research and Training**:

- Stay updated on astronomical events, trends, and techniques.
- Participate in regular training to enhance skills and knowledge of equipment and celestial phenomena.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Adhere to safety guidelines during events and activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and protocols.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Astronomy, Physics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Experience**:

- Previous experience in astronomy education, stargazing, or event management is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of constellations, planets, and celestial events.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
- Ability to work with technical equipment and troubleshoot minor issues.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Flexibility to work during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to travel to various event locations as needed.
- Physical ability to set up and operate heavy equipment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Joining bonus
- Performance bonus
