As a Sales Executive specializing in EXIM (Export-Import), you'll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in international trade sales and business development. Your role will involve supporting the sales team in identifying opportunities, prospecting clients, and assisting with the execution of export and import transactions.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research**: Conduct research to identify potential export and import opportunities in target markets. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
- **Lead Generation**: Assist in prospecting and qualifying leads for export and import opportunities. Use various channels such as online research, cold calling, and networking events to identify potential clients and opportunities.
- **Client Outreach**: Support the sales team in reaching out to prospective clients, introducing the company's products or services, and scheduling meetings or presentations to discuss potential business opportunities.
- **Sales Support**: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals for client meetings. Assist in maintaining CRM databases and tracking sales activities.
- **Documentation Assistance**: Learn about export and import documentation requirements, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of origin. Assist in preparing and processing documentation to facilitate trade transactions.
- **Sales Follow-Up**: Follow up with clients after meetings or presentations to gather feedback, address questions or concerns, and move forward with the sales process. Maintain communication and build relationships with clients to nurture leads and opportunities.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics, operations, finance, and legal, to support the execution of export and import transactions. Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth communication and alignment on sales objectives.
- **Learning and Development**: Take initiative to learn about international trade regulations, customs procedures, INCO terms, and trade finance concepts. Seek opportunities to shadow experienced sales professionals and gain insights into sales strategies and best practices.

- **Teamwork**: Ability to work collaboratively with team members, share ideas, and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment. Willingness to support colleagues and pitch in to achieve team goals.
- **Time Management**: Effective time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
