Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Technology, or a related field.

Skillset:

- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.

**Profile Introduction**:
As a Product Advisor specializing in Automobiles, you will play a pivotal role in guiding customers through the automotive purchasing process. Your extensive knowledge of automobiles, coupled with excellent communication skills, will be crucial in providing a seamless and informative experience for potential buyers. This role requires a passion for automobiles, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and features in the automotive industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed information on various automobile models, features, and specifications.
- Demonstrate vehicle capabilities through test drives and articulate the benefits of different options.
- Assist customers in selecting the most suitable vehicle based on their requirements and budget.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from product consultation to purchase.
- Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and competitors' products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
