**Role Description**

The Business Management function for India Technology has a diverse scope, offering variation on a day to day basis, and includes strategic planning, organizational design, spend control and saves tracking, headcount management, staff compensation matters, people engagement & development topics. The person in this role must be able to consolidate the results of this broad range of activities, whilst managing the ongoing internal relationships in order to collate and validate required output and synthesize the relevant business insights for senior management. To interface with a broad range of internal points of contact from across the wider organization such as Finance, COO, HR, Vendor Management etc.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Manage the e2e Hiring Governance, i.e.., Validation, Approvals and Status Reporting.
- Co-ordinate with all stakeholders to drive key mandates from the management.
- To support any restructuring or realignment resources/CCs/UBRs, handle headcount management and forecasting.
- To track internalization business case to ensure the hiring and exits are happening as committed.
- To monitor and support the external renewal and to support the workforce optimization targets.
- Manage India Technology headcount to target
- Review saves tracking in partnership with India Technology Financial Resources team and Finance
- Manage space planning India Technology in India
- Liaise with all staff in the organisation when required to ensure completion of all mandatory training requirements;
- Actively participating in periodic calls with internal stakeholders to share ideas / provide feedback for the overall process improvements
- Ensure that all process documentation under the function is maintained and updated when necessary;
- Regularly reassess processes to identify improvements / efficiency gains that can be made without impacting them;
- Establish and maintain relationships with both external and internal clients including senior management and team leads within the organization
- Actively supports the business strategy, plans and values, contributing to the achievement of a high performance culture

**Education/Certification**:

- Educated to bachelor’s degree level or above (or overseas equivalent)
- Self-driven, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Logical, articulate and able to work directly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experienced in large enterprise business management roles
- Organized and driven to continuously improve processes

Responsive, diligent, methodical and able to analyse detailed data sets
