1) Provide overall strategy for the positioning and growth of the organization

2) Develop yearly roadmap for fundraising

3) Build marketing plans and budgets for the marketing campaigns

5) Monitor the team goals and their execution

6) Ensure that the website, promotional material, marketing campaign strategy are updated on a

regular basis

7) Prepare monthly marketing budget

8) Identify opportunities to reach new audience and expand overall awareness and donor base

9) Research about the latest marketing strategies to remain relevant

10) Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals

(ROI and KPIs)

11) Offer market insight to management for decision-making

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend only

- Vrindavan, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
