**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a multi-talented individual to join our team as a Photographer, Videographer, and Reel Maker. This role requires a versatile creative professional who excels in capturing moments through photography, producing engaging video content, and creating captivating reels that resonate with our audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Photographer:_
- Conduct photoshoots for various projects, ensuring all desired shots are captured in various settings and lighting conditions.
- Edit and retouch photos to enhance visual appeal while maintaining a consistent style.
- Collaborate with clients and teams to understand specific photography requirements and deliver exceptional results.
- Videographer:_
- Plan, shoot, and edit video content for a wide range of projects, including events, promotional videos, and storytelling pieces.
- Enhance video and audio quality, add special effects, and incorporate motion graphics as necessary.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop video concepts, storyboards, and scripts.
- Reel Maker:_
- Conceptualize, plan, and create visually compelling reels that tell a story and engage the audience effectively.
- Compile and edit video clips, incorporating visual effects, transitions, and audio elements to produce impactful reels.
- Stay updated with industry trends and techniques in reel making and visual storytelling.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Photographer, Videographer, and Reel Maker, with a diverse portfolio showcasing proficiency in all three areas.
- Proficiency in photography and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Strong understanding of visual composition, lighting, and storytelling techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of additional editing, animation, and visual effects techniques.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Graphic Designer:_
- Create visually compelling designs for various print and digital materials, including posters, brochures, banners, social media graphics, and website elements.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to develop design concepts that align with our brand identity and messaging.
- Produce high-quality illustrations and infographics that effectively communicate complex ideas.
- Video Editor:_
- Edit and assemble raw video footage into engaging videos that convey our spiritual and cultural messages effectively.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop video concepts, storyboards, and scripts.
- Enhance video and audio quality, add special effects, and create motion graphics as needed.
- Stay updated with industry trends and video editing technologies to bring fresh ideas to our video content.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design and video editing projects.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and composition.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of 3D modeling and animation.
- Experience in creating VR/AR content.
- Familiarity with motion graphics and special effects.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
