Role Summary:
Propques is seeking a passionate and skilled Architect to play a pivotal role in designing, planning, and executing coworking spaces. The Architect will ensure that each workspace reflects Propques' brand standards, functional requirements, and the dynamic needs of our clients. This position provides an opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams, work on end-to-end project execution, and create inspiring coworking environments.

Salary

Key Responsibilities:

- Design Development:

- Develop innovative design concepts, layouts, and visualizations for new and existing coworking spaces.
- Technical Drawings:

- Prepare and oversee technical drawings, 3D models, and layouts using software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
- Collaborate with junior architects to ensure accuracy and adherence to project briefs.
- Project Coordination:

- Work closely with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely project execution that aligns with design standards.
- Site Inspections:

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve on-site issues, and ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Material Selection:

- Assist in selecting materials that balance aesthetics, durability, and cost-efficiency while meeting brand standards.
- Compliance:

- Ensure designs meet all local codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Documentation:

- Maintain well-organized project documentation, including design revisions, drawings, and material specifications.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Experience:

- 3-5 years of professional experience in architecture or interior design.
- Minimum of 2 years in corporate or commercial interiors.
- Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations.
- Soft Skills:

- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Creative problem-solving and attention to detail.
