**Job Description: Junior Architect**

**About the Role**:
We're seeking a talented Junior Architect with 3+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. You'll contribute to a variety of projects, from conceptual design to construction documentation, with a focus on 3D modeling and visualization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop 3D models and renderings using software like Revit, SketchUp, or 3ds Max.
- Assist in the design and development of architectural projects.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, and sections.
- Conduct site surveys and measurements.
- Collaborate with engineers, interior designers, and other project team members.
- Stay updated on industry trends and building codes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- 3+ years of experience in architectural design, with a strong focus on 3D modeling.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or other relevant design software.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles and building codes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for design.
