**Responsibilities**:
1. **Sketch Interpretation and Apartment Design**:

- Analyze sketches provided by architects to understand design intent.
- Develop detailed apartment plans and layouts using design software (e.g., AutoCAD)

2. **Estimation**:

- Collect and analyze data for cost estimation, considering materials, labor, and other project expenses.
- Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to obtain accurate pricing information.

3. **Excel Sheet for Plots Information**:

- Create an Excel sheet to organize and manage poll information.
- Include relevant details such as plot size, ownership, and any other pertinent data.

4. **Sketch Interpretation and Apartment Design**:

- Analyze sketches provided by architects to understand design intent.
- Develop detailed apartment plans and layouts using design software (e.g., AutoCAD)

**Skills & Experience required**

Certification and Internship experience or B. Arch with prior job experience.

**Females are preferred.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
