**Senior Associate / Assistant Manager / Manager - FS Marketing **(Co-Lending, Pools, DLP & Offshore): To lead marketing for FS through strategic planning & tactical interventions. This role is at the intersection of brand, content, demand generation (read performance marketing) & product marketing, driving awareness & acquisition for our FS platforms among key stakeholders in Banks, NBFCs, SFBs & Fintechs.

**Responsibilities**:
Drive acquisition of newer NBFCs, SFBs & fintechs by generating top of the funnel interest through both digital & offline means
Collaborate with the sales team on the ground to drive BTL initiatives
Collaborate with product teams to proactively look at areas in the platform which can be enhanced / improved to drive user engagement
Manage the social media charter of FS to drive awareness & consideration for the brand / platform while growing the follower-based and enhancing engagement continuously
Manage GTM for new & emerging solutions as part of the 4 platforms
