Job Summary

1. We are looking for an English language trainer who has a good command of English communication and personality development.

2. She/he has 2-3 years of experience in the relevant field.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English language lessons (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) to individuals or groups.
- Customize training programs to suit different learning needs (e.g., General English, Business English, Academic English).
- Use a variety of instructional techniques and tools to enhance learning and retention.
- Monitor and assess learners’ progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain records of attendance, performance, and evaluations.
- Stay current with new teaching methods, tools, and best practices in English language training.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and confidence.
- Conduct placement tests to assess the level of new learners.
- Collaborate with other trainers or departments to ensure consistency and quality of instruction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
