Role - Non-IT BDM (Domestic Staffing)

Experience - 7 to 12 years

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad(Onsite)

Shift timing - 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM IST

Key Responsibilities: Generate new leads and identify potential clients in the Non-IT sector. Handle and nurture relationships with existing clients. Onboard new Non-IT clients and ensure seamless integration with recruiting services. Develop and implement strategies to grow business opportunities in the Non-IT domain. Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and expectations.

Key Skills:Proven experience in Non-IT sales and business development. Strong understanding of Non-IT recruitment and staffing solutions. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts. Goal-oriented with a focus on driving new business.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
