**Painting & Maintenance Tasks**:

- Mix and match paints, stains, and finishes to obtain the required color and texture.
- Repair and refinish walls, woodwork, doors, and furniture as needed.
- Maintain painted surfaces by retouching worn or damaged areas.
- Perform wallpaper installation, removal, and repair when required.

**Preventive Maintenance**:

- Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to identify areas needing painting or repair.
- Ensure all painting materials and equipment are properly stored, maintained, and safely handled.

**Safety & Compliance**:

- Follow hotel safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations in the handling and disposal of paints and chemicals.
- Report any maintenance issues, hazards, or unsafe conditions to the supervisor immediately.

**Coordination & Teamwork**:

- Coordinate with housekeeping and front office departments to minimize disruption to guests.
- Support other maintenance team members with general repair and upkeep tasks as required.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
