**Responsibilities**:

- Corporate Compliances for clients: Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, maintaining the company's statutory registers, and facilitating communication between the board and shareholders, company incorporation in India and abroad,
- Board Support: Coordinate board and committee meetings, including the preparation and distribution of agendas, minutes, and other relevant documents. Provide support to board members and executives.
- Co-ordination: Coordinate between Clients and outside consultants and regulatory authorities
- Legal Compliance: Stay abreast of changes in relevant legislation and ensure the company's activities comply with legal requirements. Advise the board on corporate governance matters.
- Company Policies: Develop, implement, and monitor corporate policies and procedures to ensure adherence to best practices and legal requirements.
- Communication: Communicate directly with clients and seek all papers and documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Professional certification as a Company Secretary (e.g., ICSI qualification).
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Preference will be given to
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance principles and relevant legal regulations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: Up to ₹500,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
