**Experience-1- 2 years** **Key Responsibilities** - Plan daily dispatch schedules based on sales orders and production output. - Coordinate with production, warehouse, and sales teams for smooth dispatch operations. - Ensure vehicles are scheduled and loaded as per plan. Prepare and verify all dispatch documents including invoice, delivery challan, e-way bill, and gate pass. - Ensure compliance with FSSAI, Weights & Measures, and transport regulations. - Maintain accurate dispatch records for auditing purposes. - Oversee the loading process to ensure correct product, quantity, and packaging. - Monitor handling to avoid product damage or leakage. - Ensure proper sealing and labeling before shipment. - Coordinate with transporters for vehicle availability and route planning. - Monitor vehicle turnaround time and resolve transit issues. - Maintain transporter performance records. - Monitor finished goods inventory to meet dispatch requirements. - Conduct daily stock reconciliations with the warehouse team. - Update sales/customer teams on dispatch status. - Handle dispatch-related queries and complaints. Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
