Job Description Job Title: Operations Intern - Travel & Tourism - Location: Bhiwadi, Rajasthan - Start Date: Immediate - Duration: 6 months (Full-time Internship) - Stipend: 7k - 10K/month About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our travel operations team. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day travel operations, including ticketing, itinerary packaging, and customer coordination ensuring smooth and delightful travel experiences for our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Support the operations team in travel bookings, ticketing, and itinerary preparation. - Assist in packaging travel plans, including hotels, transfers, and sightseeing. - Coordinate with clients to confirm bookings, answer queries, and ensure timely communication. - Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and travel documents. - Handle customer interactions with professionalism and provide after-sales assistance when required. - Collaborate with vendors and service providers for seamless execution of trips. - Ensure all travel documents and vouchers are correctly issued and dispatched. - Assist in resolving operational or customer issues promptly and efficiently. Skills & Requirements: - Bachelor's degree (pursuing or completed) in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic understanding of travel booking platforms and documentation processes (preferred). - Attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a customer-first attitude. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Email communication).
