The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with MoneyWare Integra, Miles Software, and other portfolio management systems, ensuring seamless operational support, regulatory compliance, and excellent client service delivery.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operational activities for wealth management products (Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Bonds, etc.)Process client transactions including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and switchesReconcile portfolios, holdings, and NAVs using MoneyWare Integra or similar PMS toolsCoordinate with custodians, fund houses, and internal teams to resolve discrepanciesManage client onboarding documentation, KYC/AML checks, and compliance reportingGenerate and review portfolio reports, MIS, and dashboards for clients and managementEnsure adherence to SEBI and other regulatory guidelines applicable to wealth operationsSupport audits, internal controls, and process improvement initiativesProvide training or support to junior team members as required.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or related field2–5 years of experience in wealth/portfolio operations, preferably in a bank, NBFC, or wealth management firmProficiency in MoneyWare Integra (by Wealth Spectrum) and/or Miles Software (MoneyWare / Private Wealth Management tools)Strong understanding of wealth management products (MFs, AIFs, PMS, Insurance, Bonds)Excellent analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skillsWorking knowledge of regulatory frameworks (SEBI, RBI, FATCA, CRS, etc.)Proficient in MS Excel and reporting toolsStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred (but not mandatory):NISM Series V-A: Mutual Fund DistributorsNISM Series X-A/X-B: Investment AdviserCFP, CWM, or any Wealth Management certification (desirable).
