Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated
E-Commerce Executive/ Specialist
to handle Kiara Masale's online business operations across multiple platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Website, and others). The candidate will be responsible for product listings, order management, promotions, and driving online sales growth while ensuring strong brand visibility in the digital marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Listings & Catalog Management

• Create and optimize product listings with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, keywords, and images.

• Manage SKU mapping, categories, and product variations.

• Order & Inventory Management

• Track daily orders, coordinate with logistics partners (Shiprocket, Delhivery, etc.).

• Maintain accurate stock levels across platforms.

• Marketing & Promotions

• Plan and execute campaigns, discounts, and deals on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.

• Run marketplace ads (Amazon Sponsored Ads, Flipkart Ads) within budget.

• Reporting & Analysis

• Monitor sales, conversion rates, and customer reviews.

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

• Customer Engagement

• Track reviews & ratings, ensure positive brand reputation.

• Handle queries, complaints, and after-sales communication.

• Website & Social Media Integration (if applicable)

• Coordinate e-commerce operations with company's own website.

• Support digital marketing campaigns and WhatsApp shop integration.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in Marketing / Business / E-Commerce / FMCG Management.

• 1–3 years' experience in E-Commerce operations (FMCG preferred).

• Familiarity with platforms: Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho, etc.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing & SEO.
