Through exclusive programs, competitions, and research initiatives, we empower young minds to explore opportunities and build future-ready skills.Role OverviewWe’re seeking a hardcore operations professional to own the end-to-end planning, coordination, and on-ground execution of large-scale educational programs and events—often serving 1,000+ students across multiple cohorts. If you thrive on precision, live for checklists, and keep calm when plans change at the last minute, this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Execution & Logistics: Plan and manage complete logistics for domestic and international programs—flights, visas, accommodation, meals, ground transport—and handle real-time troubleshooting.Student Experience: Design and execute every touchpoint to deliver a meaningful, safe, and enriching participant journey.Group Operations: Run large student cohorts with discipline and accuracy; ensure safety, attendance, and adherence to schedules.Vendor & Partner Management: Coordinate with hotels, embassies, schools, universities, travel partners, and other vendors; negotiate and maintain SLAs.Travel Operations: Manage group bookings, documentation, travel insurance; chaperone travel where required.Compliance & Documentation: Track forms, consents, and official paperwork; ensure regulatory compliance and audit-ready records.Data & Tools: Build and operate high-fidelity spreadsheets and internal tools to manage databases, rosters, and workflows.On-Site Leadership: Lead operations on the ground; adapt quickly to last-minute changes with clear decision-making.Budget Oversight: Monitor program budgets; drive cost-effective execution without compromising quality.Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the central point of contact for internal teams, parents, and institutional partners; provide timely updates and reports.Qualifications & SkillsExperience: 2–3 years in event operations, travel logistics, student programs, or large-scale program management.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Operations, or a related field.Operational Excellence: Demonstrated success executing logistics for high-volume educational programs/camps or comparable events.Detail Orientation: Meticulous planning, documentation, and follow-through.Tech Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and digital planning tools.Project Management: Proven ability to juggle multiple moving parts under pressure and tight deadlines.Communication: Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.Adaptability: Solution-oriented; quick decision-maker in fast-changing environments.Travel Readiness: Willingness and flexibility to travel domestically and internationally as needed.Student-First Mindset: Passion for delivering safe, high-quality, student-centered programs with measurable impact.What Success Looks LikePrograms delivered on time, within budget, and incident-freeHigh parent and student satisfaction (NPS/feedback)Zero compliance gaps with complete, accurate documentationClear, proactive stakeholder communication and crisp reportingHow to Apply: Send your CV to the subject line “Application: Events & Program Operations Manager – (Your Name)”.
