**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**: Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products/services and generate sales or leads.
- **Customer Interaction**: Handle customer inquiries, provide detailed information about products/services, and resolve any issues or complaints.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- **Follow-up**: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and to close sales or gather additional information.
- **Targets and Goals**: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets as set by the management.
- **Feedback and Reporting**: Provide feedback on the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements. Report regularly to the team lead or manager on call outcomes and customer feedback.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated with the latest product and service information to provide accurate details to customers.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support overall business objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Minimum HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) or equivalent. A degree in any discipline is preferred.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage but not mandatory. Freshers are welcome to apply.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Good listening skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive during calls.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

**Working Conditions**:

- **Office Environment**: This position is based in our Pune office with a standard 9-hour work shift.
- **Travel**: No travel is required for this role.
- **Equipment**: All necessary equipment, including a computer and phone, will be provided.
