**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform daily inspection, cleaning, and chemical treatment of the swimming pool
- Operate and maintain pool filtration systems, pumps, and chlorinators
- Monitor and manage the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), ensuring proper functioning and compliance with environmental regulations
- Conduct routine maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Maintain preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment and utilities
- Respond to breakdowns or emergency repair needs promptly
- Ensure all maintenance activities follow safety standards and operational guidelines
- Keep accurate records of maintenance logs, chemical levels, and STP reports
- Coordinate with external service providers as needed
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 2-4 years of maintenance experience in hotels/resorts or related industries
- **Must have hands-on experience in pool equipment handling and water treatment**:

- **Working knowledge of STP operation and maintenance is required**:

- Familiarity with basic HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Ability to work in a remote location and manage tasks independently
- Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in a luxury resort or hospitality setting
- Basic knowledge of BMS (Building Management Systems)
- Awareness of green maintenance practices and energy-saving initiatives
