1. At least 1 year experience of operating a pellet plant as its overall in-charge.

2. The incumbent must have through knowledge of running a pellet plant maintaining highest standard of safety, productivity and ensure optimum energy consumption.

3. The incumbent must have hands on experience in erection and commissioning of a pellet plant of capacity 0.6MTPA with its wet grinding facility for raw materials preparation.

4. The incumbent must be fully conversant with the details of all machineries starting from the Wet Grinding plant to the Annular Cooler.

5. It is expected that the incumbent be fully conversant with civil, mechanical, electrical / instrumentation erection agencies for installation of a plant.

6. The incumbent must have corporate leadership skills to deal with various agencies in a congenial manner to achieve timely completion of the project within the specified cost and vertical start up.

7. Required Attitude / competencies: A team Player a natural leader to build and strengthen team, believes in open work culture - willing to share knowledge and experience to build the team, highest standard of safety consciousness, competent in MS Office products / MS Projects / Auto cad / propensity to learn (A quick learner) / propensity to use appropriate technological platforms to deliver.

1. Bachelor Of Engineering (Mechanical / Metallurgical Engineering) from an institute of repute with 2 years of experience in handling pellet plant.

2. Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Metallurgical Engineering) from an institute of repute and 2 years’ of experience in Pellet plant installation and operations.

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month

- Day shift

- South, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelor's (preferred)
