Key Responsibilities:
2. Conduct Training Sessions: Deliver engaging, interactive training sessions to individuals or groups on various digital marketing topics. Use real-world examples, case studies, and live demonstrations to enhance learning.
3. Training Assessment and Feedback: Assess the progress of trainees through assignments, quizzes, and hands-on projects. Provide constructive feedback and support to help them improve.
4. Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Continuously update training materials and techniques based on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing. Ensure that the curriculum reflects the current industry standards.
5. Workshops & Webinars: Organize workshops and webinars on specific digital marketing techniques and best practices for both beginners and advanced learners.
6. Performance Tracking: Use analytics tools to track the effectiveness of training programs, and adjust the curriculum or delivery methods accordingly to improve learning outcomes.
7. Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments or teams to ensure that the training content aligns with business goals and objectives.
8. Certification Guidance: Guide learners in obtaining industry certifications (Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint, etc.) by preparing them with the necessary knowledge and skills.

Who Can Apply:
1. Minimum Experience: 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on expertise in running campaigns, content creation, and analytics.
2. Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
