Responsibilities:

- Handle all queries and explain the facility/services to prospective families and generate leads.
- Establish, nurture and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and prospects.
- Must be social media savvy and operate the official pages of PapayaCare on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Should be well-versed in capturing moments involving residents and covering various events through photography and videos.
- Must be aware of the basics of compiling videos, video editing, and making reels.
- Be responsible for the new admission process and handle contract agreements with families.
- Should be proactive in handling grievances, and any disputes of clients.
- Liaison with any third-party marketing vendors as per requirements.
- Updates families of existing residents with their various photographs on a regular basis.

Skills and Eligibility:

- Minimum graduate in any stream
- 3 to 5 years of work experience.
- Excellent Communications skills both verbal and written.
- Photography and video editing skills.
- Compassionate and people centric.
- Be a team player and support the operations as and when needed.
- Be flexible to work on weekends.
- Should be an enthusiastic organizer and participant in all events/festivals/celebrations.

Salary : 25k to 30K

Job Location : Kalol

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Kalol - Kalol, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
