The Segment Architect for OSDU Migration leads the architecture delivery for the end-to-end integration of the systems targeted for Migration to OSDU, Planning and Delivery capabilities of the related systems. This Migration across the SSW space would include all Epicure systems. It will also interface with products/platforms like CWT, SDU, OSDU, AIF, MDM etc..

The Segment Architect for OSDU Migration ensures the digital solutions have a coherent, clear and high-quality architectural design and implementation across the various digital solution components enabling successful delivery of business value propositions and subsequent scale-out. The resulting roadmaps and high-level designs have a measurable impact on the effectiveness and profitability of SSW and have a tangible result in decreasing delivery costs.

The focus in the forthcoming years will be on value driven architectures, building a strong ecosystem with IT partners and business stakeholders, translating specific business needs into tangible guidelines and roadmaps. It is crucial to have excellent stakeholder engagement skills, based on deep business and technology understanding.

**What we need from you?**
- Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer.
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with a degree in information technology, computer science, business administration or a related discipline.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience in the IT field and at least five (5) years in a senior IT leadership role and five (5) years managing significant vendor relationships
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ability to work closely with solution architects, solution data architects and deployment teams to provide architectural guidance and support them from an architecture perspective
- Development of Segment Architectures, Reference Architectures and resulting Roadmaps
- Experience of working with Agile Delivery teams and a knowledge of DevOps constructs.
- Experienced, global, virtual team worker.
- Knowledge of all architecture aspects and keen to stay up to date with key developments in IT.
- Leadership & negotiating skills: - ability to drive change using influence and networking.
- Ability to build a shared vision and able to communicate well.
- Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Work through complex interfaces across organizational and geographic boundaries
- Organized and methodical. Ability to initiate, plan and develop according to plan while working with a degree of uncertainty and risk.
