**Key Responsibilities**
- **Financial Analysis & Reporting**: Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to assist in decision-making.
- **Statutory Compliance**: Assist in ensuring timely filing and compliance with various statutory regulations and obligations.
- **Client Interaction**: Liaise with clients to gather necessary data, address queries, and provide updates on ongoing projects.
- **Process Improvement**: Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in deliverables.
- **Coordination**: Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects.
- **Documentation**: Prepare project documentation, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

**Key Qualifications**
- Completed IPCC (CA Intermediate) or equivalent level in the Chartered Accountancy course.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Keen attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

**Preferred Skills**
- Familiarity with GST, income tax filings, and financial auditing processes.
- Experience working with MSMEs or consultancy firms is a plus.
- Knowledge of project management tools is advantageous.
