- Innovate and create new jewelry styles aligned with current market trends.
- Stay abreast of emerging design aesthetics and consumer preferences.

R&D on Designs & Mechanisms**:

- Conduct thorough research and development on jewelry designs and their intricate mechanisms.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure feasibility and cost-effectiveness of designs.
- **
Monthly Design Selection**:

- Generate a curated selection of 50 - 100 new designs monthly to meet market demands.
- Analyse market feedback and adjust designs accordingly.
- **
Global Presence**:

- Engage in regular travel to various shows globally to stay updated on trends and market demands.
- Represent the organization at international events, forging connections with key stakeholders.

**Part B - 20%**:

**Expertise Contribution**:

- Provide expertise on new industry developments to enhance offerings for existing clients.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and tailor designs accordingly.

**For Part A & B: Close collaboration with the Management will be required**:

- Work closely with the management team to align design strategies with overall business objectives.
- Provide regular updates on market trends, customer preferences, and industry innovations.

**Key Result Areas (KRAs)**:
**A. New Design Conversion**:

- Measure the successful conversion of newly developed designs into actual production.
- Evaluate the efficiency of the design-to-production pipeline.

**B. Client Acquisition at Shows**:

- Quantify the number of new clients acquired through engagement at international shows.
- Assess the impact of footfall generated from these shows on business growth by his/her created designs.

**C. Existing Client Order Placement**:

- Track and increase the volume of new orders from existing clients resulting from the introduction of new product lines.
- Gauge the satisfaction and loyalty of existing clients based on their response to new offerings.
