**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute merchandise strategies for the jewellery collection.
- Analyze market trends and customer preferences to select and price products.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock to meet demand.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide insights for product and pricing adjustments.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
- Assist in creating and executing promotional campaigns to drive sales.
- Prepare reports on sales performance, stock levels, and market trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in merchandising, with a focus on jewellery.
- Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor analysis.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and merchandising software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
