Location: Chennai
Work Mode: WFO
Skills: Voice Process/ Tele Calling, Kannada, English
Education: Any Degree
**Key Responsibilities**:
Conduct outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate loan products.Achieve weekly and monthly sales and call targets in a consistent manner.Provide customers with clear and accurate information regarding loan products (personal, business, or gold loans).Effectively manage customer queries and concerns, ensuring a positive customer experience.Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to meet customer needs and business objectives.Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through training and feedback.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
1+ years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or call centre operations (preferred in personal, business, or gold loans).
Strong communication skills in both English and Kannada (written and spoken).Target-driven and able to work under pressure to meet set targets.Excellent listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.Ability to collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.Strong time management and organizational skills.
