Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:
Create visually appealing designs for both digital and print media (e.g., social media posts, banners, posters, brochures, etc.).

Develop brand assets, ensuring all visuals align with the brand guidelines.

Design web and mobile UI/UX elements when necessary.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual concepts for campaigns.

Video Editing:
Edit raw video footage into polished, professional-quality content.

Add effects, transitions, graphics, and sound to videos to enhance storytelling.

Produce short-form video content for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).

Ensure consistency of style and messaging across video projects.

Creative Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, content, and other internal teams to understand project needs and deliver on time.

Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions for marketing campaigns.

Other Duties:
Stay current with industry trends in design and video production.

Manage and organize design assets and video files.

Adapt to feedback and revisions to ensure high-quality final products.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and/or Video Editor 1 years of experience).

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar software.

Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing projects.

Excellent understanding of color, composition, typography, and branding principles.

Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience in motion graphics or animation is a plus.

Knowledge of social media platforms and trends related to video content is a plus.

Key Competencies:

Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
