**About the Role**

As a **Creative Designer**, you will be responsible for creating compelling visuals that align with our brand identity and marketing goals. Your work will play a crucial role in shaping our clients' digital presence, making an impact through design, animation, and video content. This is a **remote position**, offering flexibility and creative freedom while collaborating with a dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Graphic Design**:

- Design engaging posters, social media creatives, infographics, and digital ads.
- Develop branding materials such as logos, banners, and promotional assets.
- Ensure consistency in visual elements across various marketing channels.

**Video Editing & Motion Graphics**:

- Edit and enhance video content for marketing, ads, and social media.
- Create motion graphics, animations, and short promotional videos.
- Work with the marketing team to bring creative storytelling to life.

**Tools & Software Proficiency**:

- **Mandatory**: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva.
- **Optional but a plus**: DaVinci Resolve, Figma, or any other design/video software.

**Collaboration & Innovation**:

- Work closely with the content and marketing teams to develop eye-catching designs.
- Research trends and incorporate the latest design techniques.
- Bring new ideas to the table to improve our visual branding.

**What We’re Looking For**

**Experience**: 3 to 5 years in graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics.
**Strong Portfolio**: A portfolio showcasing creative design work, motion graphics, and video projects.
**Creativity & Attention to Detail**: Ability to think outside the box and deliver high-quality designs.
**Time Management**: Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
**Communication Skills**: Must be able to collaborate effectively with a remote team.
