We Are Hiring For Customer Care Executive
Female Only Required
Sal: 25k-30k

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer service**: Answer questions, provide information, and help customers with their needs
- **Sales**: Set up appointments, connect with new leads, and follow up with old leads
- **Service**: Help customers with service requests, prepare repair orders, and estimate additional costs
- **Delivery**: Ensure customers are informed about their vehicle's warranty, maintenance, and features
- **Customer satisfaction**: Monitor customer satisfaction levels, implement customer satisfaction programs, and respond to customer reviews
- **Events**: Coordinate special dealership events, promotions, and seminars
- **Reporting**: Monitor results of customer service questionnaires and manufacturer surveys
- **Collaboration**: Work with the sales team to improve customer service

**Skills**:

- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to listen to customers' concerns
- Ability to handle complaints and returns
- Ability to solve practical problems
- Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule instructions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
