**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Job Role Summary**
Inspection coordinator is the primary focal point for Clients (sites & projects), Inspectors, Agency Coordinators, and Vendors
- Responsible for managing inspection requests from EM Affiliates and for transmittal of information/ instructions between Stakeholders and SI Agencies
- Works closely with the Quality Advisor to assemble inspection packages, and in selecting the appropriate agency inspector
- Capable of handling inspection agencies globally
- Assists in qualification of new Agency Inspectors
- Co-manages the global Inspection SharePoint Site (repository for all Inspection information) with other Regional Inspection Coordinators
- Responsible for the bi-annual collection and distribution of GP’s and AML to the regional Agencies
- Works with Contract Leads for pricing of unlisted SI positions and or countries
- Initiate the bi-annual Bus. Controls Self Assessments of Open and Closed inspection assignments to monitor compliance with Global SI Procedures and Agency Guidelines
- Works closely with the QA and Clients to increase SI assignment budgets due to increased surveillance or insufficient budgeting
- Main interface with the PCA (Financials) team for SES development and agency invoicing

**SI Coordinator Key Personal Attributes**

**Job Requirements**:

- Any Degree from a recognized university scoring more than 70% or equivalent CGPA
- Minimum 7+ years of work experience with exposure in inspection coordination or having typical role exposure handling coordination with multiple parties at varying time zone across globe

**Technical Skills**:

- Sharepoint Skills - Proficient to Advanced skills desired. Will need to be able to maintain and modify as well as troubleshoot issues in Sharepoint site. Must be able to understand the use of metadata and manipulate as necessary.
- Excel Skills - proficient to advanced skills desired. Will need to be able to extract data from Sharepoint and manipulate for various tasks and reports.
- Knowledge of inspection / quality assurance language, procedures and standards - some level of understanding of the ExxonMobil Global Practices, industry standards, hydrotesting, ITP, pre-inspection meetings, as well as equipment knowledge, etc. (preferred)
- Knowledge of handling and analyzing data though Power BI
- Proficient to generate PR and manage purchase order in SAP (As required)
