We're looking for a Project Coordinator with solid experience in the mid-downstream oil and gas sector. This role supports project execution by coordinating customer-facing and internal workflows, maintaining schedules, and ensuring quality compliance across all inspection activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Primary liaison between the customer and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Deliver all customer-required reports, documentation, and outputs with precision, accuracy, and timeliness.
  • Maintain and continuously update project and operations schedules to reflect real-time progress and priorities.
  • Ensure all QCS personnel and inspection activities fully comply with QMS standards, customer specifications, and applicable industry codes.
  • Track and communicate project funding status in alignment with customer direction.
  • Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) to resolution.
  • Provide hands-on leadership for field personnel, including performance oversight, coaching, and corrective action when required.
  • Lead onboarding and orientation for contractor field personnel to ensure alignment with project and quality objectives.
  • Prepare and present internal and external reports highlighting performance metrics, value contributions, and project status.
  • Review qualifications and assign inspectors for QA/QC activities based on competency and project needs.
  • Manage contractor invoices, expenses, and approvals for payment in accordance with company processes.
  • Approve timesheets and expense reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with project budgets.

Minimum Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • In-depth knowledge of LNG site inspections, FPSO fabrication, API and AWS specifications, and other relevant quality standards and governing documents.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
  • Bachelor's degree or Higher Secondary Certificate (or equivalent) with a demonstrated record of relevant professional experience.
  • Proven ability to implement, monitor, and enforce quality systems and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
