**Job Description**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Partner with individual business units to create annual and quarterly, monthly communication strategy and execution plans
- Serve as single point of contact for all communication needs for the business units
- Strategically plan internal communication for responsible business units to concur with the larger Technicolor studio communication strategy
- Draft content (e.g. press releases) for company website, articles and all internal communication channels based on deep understanding of the audience
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders such as mid-level decision makers and influencers
- Ensure consistent messaging across all communication vehicles including newsletters, events & exhibits, intranet/internet
- Proven and extensive experience working in a communications role in a large, professional organisation including communications planning and delivery
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills - confident working with people at all levels of the organisation and able to advise, consult and encourage best practice
- Able to tailor communications for a variety of channels and audiences and keep messages simple and free from jargon
- Highly organised - able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at once, manage expectations and meet deadlines
- A team player but also able to work under mínimal supervision, manage and prioritise own workload

**Qualifications**:
**Requirement**
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint online is highly desirable
- Proven experience as a strategic communication partner
- Experience in web design and content production
- Experience in copywriting and editing
- Solid understanding of project management principles and ability to multi task
- Expertise in MS Office; Adobe Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
- Outstanding organizational and planning abilities
- Experience in photography and video coverage would be an asset
- Proficient command of English
- BSc/BA in English, communications or relevant field
