goSTOPS is India's leading youth travel brand with 30+ hostels across the country. More than just a place to crash, we're building a culture powered by music, stories, art, and curated local experiences. Every day, young travelers walk through our doors and your work will shape how they connect, vibe, and remember us.

This is not a back-office internship. You'll be at the heart of our community + experiences team, learning how to build ecosystems of artists, events, and partnerships that fuel India's fastest-growing hostel network.

What You'll Do

Think of yourself as the bridge between goSTOPS and the creative community.

  • Manage Leads & Outreach
  • Talk to artists, vendors, and experience partners (WhatsApp, calls, email).
  • Follow up, close loops, and keep relationships alive.
  • Maintain clean lead trackers so nothing slips through.
  • Support Paid Experiences
  • Help coordinate bookings & inquiries for activities and experiences.
  • Communicate with vendors and ensure everything is confirmed on time.
  • Share updates with properties so guests always get a smooth experience.
  • Community Ops
  • Collect media, stories, and feedback from events.
  • Update internal dashboards, trackers, and reports.
  • Be the "first touchpoint" for anyone who wants to create with us.

    : You've done college fest work, events, internships in sales/ops, or any role where hustle + people skills mattered.
