**Job Description: Intern (MSc Biochemistry Student)**

**Position Title**: Biochemistry Intern
**Department**: Laboratory & Medical Devices Research
**Reports to**: Lab Supervisor/Lead Researcher

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a dedicated and highly motivated **MSc Biochemistry student** to join our team as an intern. This role offers hands-on experience in executing laboratory chemistry experiments and preparing detailed analysis reports. The intern will also gain an understanding of medical devices used for medical report analysis and how they integrate with biochemistry and medical research.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lab Experimentation**:

- Execute a variety of lab-based biochemical experiments, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and accurate experimental procedures.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**:
Record, analyze, and interpret experimental data. Prepare concise, accurate, and detailed analysis reports based on findings.
- **Medical Devices Understanding**:

- **Collaboration & Support**:

- **Literature Review & Research**:

- **Lab Maintenance**:

- Currently enrolled in or recently completed an MSc in Biochemistry or a related field.
- Strong foundation in laboratory chemistry techniques and biochemistry principles.
- Familiarity with scientific reporting and data interpretation.
- Basic understanding of medical devices used in laboratory and medical report analysis is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience or coursework related to medical device technology or biomedical instrumentation.
- Familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
- Strong proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent tools for data presentation and report writing.
