Role **:Academic Research Editor/Editorial Assistant**

Shift time **:Rotational Day shift from 7 am to 11 pm (Any 9 hours within this window)**

Working days**: 5-day week with rotational week offs (NO FIX Sat or Sun)**

(Literature, Psychology, History, Political Science, Sociology, Law, Media Comm.)
- _**Medicine **_

(Surgery, Dentistry, Medicine, Physiotherapy, Occupational therapy, Speech therapy, Rehabilitation Sciences)

The editors/editorial assistants act as the **author’s second pair of eyes**, rectifying **grammar, language, format,** and **document-specific inconsistencies**. The purpose is to provide a document devoid of language and grammar errors and put the meaning across in lucid language.

Our objective is to get an error-free output to meet **international standards of publication** and cater to the defined target audience: the author(s), the publisher, and the readers.
