**Responsibilities**:

- Activating new dealers
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Create and maintain a strong network of Agri dealers and farmers
- Awareness of agriculture products, businesses and crops in the given area
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Handle farmers’ queries and provide basic solutions in the field.
- Good and effective communication skills to address large farmer meeting

**Annual Salary**:₹15,000 - ₹20,000

**Preferred Degree**:B.Sc, M.Sc in Agriculture, Horticulture, BRS or relevant degree

**Additional**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
