Role Overview

As an HR Executive Intern, you'll assist in day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement activities. This internship is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in human resources within a creative and tech-driven team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination.
  • Maintain and update employee records and databases.
  • Support the onboarding and exit process.
  • Help plan and execute employee engagement and recognition activities.
  • Coordinate with different departments (Sales, Creative, Operations) for HR-related requirements.
  • Assist in policy documentation and internal communication.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive and creative office culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's student in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
