**Job Title**: Back Office cum Coordinator
**Location**: Bhiwandi
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Back Office Operations**:
- Manage and maintain databases, records, and documents.
- Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of information.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Maintain filing systems - both electronic and physical.
- Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
**Coordination**:
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, HR, accounts) to ensure seamless workflow.
- Schedule and organise meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in project tracking and follow-ups with stakeholders.
- Provide support during events, audits, or special projects.
- Act as a point of contact between management and employees or clients.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a back-office or administrative role.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
**Preferred Attributes**:
- Experience in CRM or ERP software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of office management procedures.
**Working Hours**: - 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
