- Exposure to analyze Psychometric Assessment Reports
- Should be proficient in utilizing Google Suite and taking up Virtual Sessions
- Must have knowledge about 40-50 diverse prime career options.
- Previous experience in Career counseling, Parent Counseling, Admission Counseling, Abroad Education Counseling

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Career Counseling Event Management - Planning, Scheduling, Implementing, Delivery and Monitoring both offline as well as online.**
- Content Research, Designing, and drafting of Career Counseling Manual, videos, and article
- Framing and scheduling of Annual Career Counseling Event Calendar based on requirement
- Executing the Career Counseling Cell at different schools
- Conducting Mentor ship Sessions for students
- Updating Social media pages
- Counseling parents
- Conducting behavioral counseling for the students
- Identifying, inviting external Speakers and experts for special need sessions.
- Scheduling and conducting Psychometric assessment for all employees as per the L&D policy and time constraints.
- Conducting and analyzing psychometric reports and counsel the students based on it.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
