**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Lead **end-to-end recruitment** for all roles (sales, operations, etc.), from sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop and implement **innovative hiring strategies** to attract top talent.
- Build and manage a **strong employer brand** to position Proppr as the go-to place for real estate professionals.

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years of **HR, talent acquisition, or recruiting experience** in real estate/hospitality hiring
- Strong **sourcing and networking skills** to attract top talent.
- Ability to build and execute **structured recruitment and onboarding processes**.
- Experience with **HR tools, job portals, and employer branding strategies**.
- A self-driven, **solution-oriented approach** with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
