- Have a good understanding of Health Insurance Products
- Should have experience in direct sales to customers (not through any channels)
- Should be able to generate leads and take the entire sales cycle to closure with limited or no intervention from Manager
- Ensuring prompt customer service & implementing various customer-related initiatives in assigned region.
- Ensuring that the ‘IRDA (Insurance Brokers) Regulations, that are in force are adhered to in their respective area
