**Requirement**:

- Immediate requirement for **Primary School coordinator**.
- Applicant must have relevant PG, B.ed.
- 2-3 Years of Teaching experience.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- B.Ed is required in addition to a bachelor's or master's degree.
- Requires at least three to four years of experience working as an ICSE school primary coordinator.
- Outstanding written and spoken English communication skills
- Providing a safe and stimulating environment that facilitates learning.
- Assisting the development of children's personal, social and language abilities.
- Class Control, Good communication, IT skills, Lesson plan, interpersonal skills, supervisory skills
- Responsible for controlling all extracurricular and curriculum activities within their departments.
- To attend all meetings convened by the principal
- Conduct random checks to check all records such as Attendance, Formal marks, Non-formal marks & overall remarks are up to date
- Update teachers about various works to be completed on ERP
- To provide clarity on the job functions of a Main Teacher, Co-Teacher, floating Teacher and Subject Teacher to the respective Teachers
- To plan the timetable as per the requirements.
- Adhere to all the policies in force or introduced from time to time and actively implement the same
- Liaison with the Support team and ensure that any problem on the floor related to the classroom, staff rooms, washrooms, electricity, furniture, cleanliness, soft Boards, lockers, equipment in labs, etc are addressed and resolved on time and the same is been maintained in the Maintenance Register
- Coordinate and attend Parents' Appointments and queries as required and at PTM's
- To plan an induction program and serve as a mentor for newly hired teachers.
