**Job Title**: Enrolment Counsellor / Academic Counsellor
**Location**: Mankavu, Calicut
**Employment Type**: Full-Time | Permanent | Fresher Welcome

**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Student Engagement**: Act as the first point of contact for prospective students and their families, providing accurate and insightful information on academic programs, eligibility criteria, and institutional benefits.
- **Conversion & Enrolment**: Utilize strategic counselling techniques to guide students from initial inquiry to final enrolment, ensuring monthly and quarterly admission targets are consistently achieved.
- **Relationship Building**: Establish trust-based relationships with students and parents, offering guidance throughout the enrolment process to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
- **CRM & Reporting**: Accurately update lead information, interactions, and conversion status in the organization’s CRM system. Prepare and submit timely reports on counselling and admissions metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills with a student-first attitude.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to perform well under pressure.
- Prior experience in academic counselling, sales, or admissions is a plus, but not mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
