**Job Title**: Tele caller - Immigration Services
**Job Location**:Chandigarh

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients based on leads provided.
- Explain visa and immigration procedures clearly and professionally.
- Understand client requirements and guide them on suitable immigration options.
- Maintain and update client database on a regular basis.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and follow-ups.
- Handle basic client queries and route complex queries to senior consultants.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & regional languages).
- Ability to build rapport quickly with potential clients.
- Prior experience in immigration, education consulting, or telesales is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
- Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
