**Project Management Office professional**

**Description**
- Detailed involvement in overall project portfolio management, e.g. business case generation and project approval, project monitoring, analyze clustered project reporting data in area of responsibility. Accountable for transparency of project portfolio status to management (Work proactively, independently and creatively), therefore, follow up with assigned project managers, create standard reporting on monthly basis. Responsible for optimization of project initialization, being able to do deep dive into projects in case of quality issues.

**Responsibilities**
- Project Portfolio Management
- Business Case evaluation
- Performing PMO activities initiating, monitoring and controlling Projects including budgetary aspects.
- Reporting summaries together with Project Managers and Service Owner on regular periodic bases
- Responsible for Data Analysis and execution out of/ in ClarITy/ Service Now
- Evaluation and analysis of Reporting requirements and respective solution design
- Evaluation and monitoring of Project Portfolio with respect to assigned business capability
- Support the organization with respect to the Project Portfolio in the assigned capability, i.e. Project Managers, Management, Service Owners, etc.
- Preparation of Management Presentation/ Dashboards
- Co-ordinate, work-closely with Project Managers and Service Owner and establish a good relationship
- Work proactively and creatively

**Position Requirements**

**Knowledge & Experience**
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations; Good organizational skills.
- Knowledge & experience in Forecasting and cost controlling project data analysis
- Familiar with analyzing budgets, forecast & actuals and reporting summary level with drill down when required
- Experiences with Project Portfolio Management and Business Case evaluation
- Data analysis and reporting quality assurance
- Working with different geographies across different time zones
- Tableau configuration (optional)
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Data Analysis out of ClarITy/ Service Now
- Knowledge in ServiceNow

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
